Conservation Management Plan for Ghanpur group of Temples has been prepared for Deccan Heritage Foundation. The Ghanpur group of temples, known as Kotagullu in Telugu is under the protection of the Department of Heritage, Government of Telangana. The temple complex is in varying stages of decay including continuing sub surface settlements despite many previous interventions by the Department of Heritage.

 A detailed documentation of the temple complex was undertaken including all the structures undertaken by a team of conservation architects using total station survey, drone survey, photogrammetry, measured drawings as needed for architectural documentation, condition mapping, material mapping and analysis, conservation proposals.
