ARCHITECTURAL CONSERVATION
Architectural Conservation is the prime activity of our practice. Heritage Matters has successfully completed consultancies for various architectural conservation projects in both public and private sectors.
Architectural Conservation needs multi-disciplinary skills to work as a team. The firm has access to highly qualified conservation professionals, conservation contractors, craftsmen having a wide range of expertise of working in various parts of the country ranging from traditional to modern heritage buildings.
We believe in preventive conservation and maintenance mechanism as a long term sustainable solution for protection of built heritage rather than short term measures of one time restoration.

Architectural Conservation
CONSERVATION MANAGEMENT & PLANNING
Planning for Conservation and Management of heritage sites (ranging from a historic building project to a historic settlement) within the existing legislative framework is an area the team at Heritage Matters has extensive experience in. The thrust areas in this division are:
- Institutionalizing the conservation planning process for dealing with heritage properties of varying scale to make it sustainable
- Integrating global concepts such as world heritage within Indian context
