MUSEUMS & INTERPRETATION

Museums & Interpretation of heritage significance is a natural output / by-product for any conservation project. Each project offers a unique way of interpreting its significance. Interpretation as a profession has evolved in terms of means of communicating the message through various mediums which are experiential, dynamic, static, print, digital etc making it a multi-disciplinary team work led by interpretation experts.

Heritage Matters is currently working towards -

  • Sensitizing the community dealing with the cultural resource through thematic activities such as Heritage walks
  • Adaptive reuse of heritage buildings for use as museums, interpretation centres
  • Setting up of site museums for archaeological sites and monuments
